After you have uploaded your first campaign file you will be redirected to the Statistic - Last Imported menu. Here you will see your campaign data listed in a table. Depending on the number of campaigns you have this list may be shorter or longer than the example list below.

Tip: If you don’t see all columns use the arrow symbol on top, next to the Book Ad Report logo to collapse the menu to its minimum size.

This table shows you the latest data compared to the data from your last upload. If you upload data on a daily task, which we highly recommend, you see in this table your daily sales, advertising cost, and all other campaign data.

Sorting
All columns are sortable. You can sort the table by clicking on the table column header. For example, you could sort by sales to see your best performing campaigns.

Visible Rows
On the bottom of the first table, you will see a selector where you can change the number of campaigns per view. The default value is 25. On the right side, you can click on the numbers to go to the next page view.

Summaries
A second table at the bottom shows you a quick summary of all campaign data. Here you can see your daily sales summary, daily spend summary as well as the gross profit.

Actions
Book Ad Report imports all campaigns with either ‘Running’ or ‘Pause’ status. This means that you may see campaigns with zero data until you are switching them back to ‘Running’. To make it easier to compare data you can temporarily delete these campaigns from the view by clicking on the red X icon.

Summary Table
Below the table of your imported campaigns, you see a summary table. You can delete certain campaigns from this view to better compare campaign groups. In that case, the summary table gets automatically updated.
