In the user menu, you can edit your profile, check your account status with last uploaded file name, as well as any server messages. You also have access to your account panel, where you can change or cancel your subscription.
Under this user menu, you will also find personal messages. We add new features and also let you know if there are any problems with Amazon e.g. delayed reporting. You can select these four areas by clicking on one of the top panel names.
Edit your personal data here e.g. if you have a new email address. Please know that you can’t change the username. If you like, add some personal notes about your book genre.
The status panel shows you some basic account info. You see if your account is valid (no outstanding payments), and when the account was opened, as well as the account level.
Under the last upload section, you will see if your upload was successful. You see the amount of campaign you imported and the file size. Below you will find the server status with the current date and time. Please note, that independent from your location, the server date and time will be applied to your uploaded campaign data.
In the account section, you will get access to the account panel, which will open in a new window. In this new window, you can upgrade or downgrade your account, as well as cancel your account. If you cancel your account, you still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
You can also change your password here. Click on the ‘Reset Password’ button and follow the instructions to get a new password for your account.
On the last panel, you will find your notification. From time to time we release updates and new features to Book Ad Report. We will notify you with a short message you can read here. Once you are done reading the message you can mark it as read, and it will disappear from this panel.
Whenever there is a new message you will also see them on the top right corner on your dashboard. There is a little bell with a number next to it. When you click on it, you will see the headlines of the messages. Clicking on the headline will bring you into this notification panel.
