The most probable cause for this is that one or more of your campaigns have registered the first sale. When you have a campaign without sale than your ACoS is zero and does not count into the overall ACoS calculation.

The moment this campaign registers a sale the ACoS show the percentage. This could be a high value depending on the amount you spend on this ad campaign already. Let’s say you have spent already $20 on a campaign and get your first sale of $4.95. The ACoS would show almost 400%!

Keep in mind that sales are delayed by to 7 days. It’s normal that you see a higher ACoS, which will decrease over time.

Please go to amazon marketingservice and login to your advertising account. In the header to your right, above your campaigns and before ‘Results per page’ you will see a button with a download icon.

Click the button and you will see a pop-up window. Save the campaign.csv file to your desktop, download folder or any other folder. Go back to your Book Ad Report dashboard, choose Upload and click on ‘Select Campaign File’.

A pop-up window appears, where you now select the ‘campaign.csv’ file that you have downloaded from amazon. After clicking on ‘open’ your campaign file will be imported.

We recommend that you delete this campaign file after you have uploaded it to your Book Ad Report account. This way it’s impossible to upload any campaign files from previous days. If you choose to save your campaign files please edit the file name and add the current date. The campaign file does not contain any date information!

That’s basically up to you, however for consistency reasons we recommend to do it at the same time every day.

Go to Statistics and select Last Imported.

That’s not entirely clear to us. We assume that amazon makes adjustments to their statistics, which can result in negative values. Our charts use data from two days and subtract the last day from the actual day. That’s because the values in the campaign data only accumulate over time.

Yes, you can. Please go to the settings and click on the elements you want to show. You can set the elements that show up on the dashboard and also on the single campaign overview.
